Sharing Love with Single Elderly

About the Event

On 12 March 2016, 5 Fung Scholars, including 3 mainland China Scholars who are on exchange in Hong Kong, volunteered to visit single elderly in Wan Hon Estate, Kwun Tong. The event was organised by Christian Church of Love in Hong Kong which has been serving the single elderly in Wan Hon Estate for years. The volunteers were separated in different groups to pay home visits to 10 single elderly. During the visit, they listened to the elderly and showed care to them. They had a meaningful and enjoyable afternoon with the elderly. The event also reminded them to spend time with grandparents.
