Christmas is a time when we come together to spread joy and share happiness. To celebrate this magical season, we are hosting a Christmas Gathering and we would be delighted if you could join us! You’re also welcome to bring your pet!
What could you expect from the Christmas Gathering?
- Enjoying a Christmas meal at a playful and a cozy restaurant
- Unlimited serving of soft drinks, orange juice, tea and house coffee
- Christmas Party Games & Networking time
- Christmas gift exchange with other Fung Scholars (Gift price limit is HKD 100-150)
Recruiting: Volunteer & Performance
We are seeking volunteers who are passionate about performing to help us put on a memorable show. Whether you are a musician, dancer, actor, or have another talent to share, we welcome you to join us.
We are also looking for people who are enthusiastic about designing party games to join us in making this event a huge success. Interested parties please contact Tracy or JennyAnn.

The Victor and William Fung Foundation are thrilled to offer a subsidy towards the cost of the upcoming Christmas Gathering. Fung Scholars are eligible to receive a discount on the entrance fee, with prices starting from HK$250 per person. Please see below for details.
Note:
- Please be aware that the Early Bird Discount can only be applied to those who confirm and settle payment by November 27th.
- Those who settle payment after this November 27th will not be eligible to receive the Early Bird Discount.
- To enjoy Full-time student discount, you must sign up and settle payment by November 27th. You are required to present your student ID at the Venue.
- Please expect to receive a confirmation email with payment instructions within three working days after you sign up.
- The deposit payment is non-refundable.
Having pets around could help build social connections. To keep obliging restaurants happy with their decisions to include pets, here are some etiquette rules you and your pet should follow when dining out:
- Keep your animal leashed at all times
- Keep the barking under control
- Be considerate of other participants.
- Ask before letting your pet meet other Canines or people
- No eating off the table
- Bring your pet’s own food dish and water bowl.
