Little did he know he would grow rice in the mountains, neither did he know he would write hundreds of poems and establish a travel agency in rural HK when he was studying business in universities.
Equanimity Fung (亞寶山夫) is a Fung Scholar graduating from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and studied abroad at University of South Carolina in the USA. Being an IBCE(International Business and Chinese Enterprise) graduate, he chose a different road compared to his classmates. After 11 years of life exploration, he settled down as a poet and an entrepreneur.
Hermits Haven 山村生活社 is his new-born baby, aiming at providing once-in-a-lifetime village experiences for urban dwellers. As claimed in Robert Frost’s inspiring poem, The Road Not Taken:
‘Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.’
Equanimity knows exactly how a different decision changes one’s life flow. An exclusive full-day village experience has been designed to open up new roads for FS. You are cordially invited. He will be sharing with you his stories and poems in the village, in the mountains, and on seas.
