Room Booking Registration Form

All participants are responsible for their accommodation.

In view of the surge in hotel prices during the peak travel season, we have liaised with The Cityview (城景國際) to secure a special offer for our participants.

The rate is only HK$356 per night per person for a shared room (two single beds). Priority will be given to shared accommodation. The Foundation will assist you in grouping roommates. The bill will be split and payable directly to the hotel.

Since the availability of rooms is very limited, we will prioritize those Fung Scholars who are willing to share a room.

To reserve the room, please fill in the Room Booking Registration Form by August 27, 2025 (Hong Kong time). Please confirm your check-in and check-out dates. Once you have submitted the form, NO changes will be entertained.

Availability is limited and subject to first-come, first-served.
