About the speaker:
Jenifa Chan is a Fung Scholar from batch 2007/08. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree from Lingnan University. She has more than 10 years of international talent acquisition and human resources experience, with multi-million-dollar brands in the technology industry including Facebook and Tata Consulting Services. She gained cultural knowledge of the Asia-Pacific region by working in Hong Kong, India, the Philippines, Singapore, and Australia.
Jenifa is currently a Senior Talent Partner at Optiver, a leading global market maker, responsible for advancing end-to-end talent strategy and building the engineering workforce for what is needed now and into the future.
