Victor and William Fung Foundation

The Foundation sponsored this study on the Haven of Hope Christian Service. The study was led by Professor Danny Lam, Deputy Director of the HKU-HKJC Excellence and Capacity-Building for Entrepreneurship and Leadership for the Third Sector (ExCEL3) Project. The project aimed to build the capacity of non-governmental organisations and empower civil society in Hong Kong, as well as to build HKU’s research and teaching capacity in the study of civil society. The study was published as well as presented with empirical findings at a conference to help establish best practice in Asia.
